📜 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a support ticket, submitting music for review, or accessing the neverland records Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Discord Compliance

To use our bot and support platform:

• You must maintain an active Discord account in good standing and adhere to all Discord Community Guidelines and Discord Terms of Service.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction).

3. Music Submissions & Intellectual Property

Artist Ownership: You retain 100% full ownership, copyrights, and master recording rights to any original music, audio tracks, lyrics, or artwork you submit for review. Submitting music to neverland records does not transfer your copyright or licensing rights to us.

• Originality Warranty: By submitting an audio track, you represent and warrant that the music is your original work (or you hold all necessary legal licenses, sample clearances, and vocal releases) and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property.
• Label Review Discretion: Submitting a demo does not guarantee acceptance, signing, or commercial distribution. All submission reviews (Accepted, Feedback, Declined) are made at the sole artistic discretion of neverland records staff.
• Feedback Courtesy: Review notes and feedback are provided as a courtesy. Harassing staff regarding review speed or decisions is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using our ticketing system and Discord bot, you agree NOT to:

• Spam Tickets: Open duplicate tickets or attempt to circumvent automated category cooldown timers.
• Abuse Staff or Members: Engage in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward label staff or community members.
• Upload Malicious Files: Submit infected audio files, phishing links, NSFW material, or harmful code.
• System Tampering: Exploit, reverse-engineer, brute-force, or disrupt our web dashboard, OAuth2 flow, or API endpoints.

5. Cooldowns & Blacklisting

neverland records reserves the right to:

• Apply automated category cooldown timers to manage review queues fairly.
• Close or delete ticket channels that violate these Terms.
• Blacklist any user from using the bot, submitting demos, or accessing the dashboard.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The neverland records Support System and Discord Bot are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. neverland records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Discord service outages, lost audio upload links, or administrative server actions.
