- Abuse Prevention: Enforcing automated category cooldown timers and managing server blacklist records.
- Google Sheets Syncing: Recording accepted music submissions to secure label distribution spreadsheets when enabled by administrators.

- 30-Day Retention Policy: Deleted ticket channels and temporary transcript logs are automatically purged after 30 days.
